Shrader Properties, LLC, a family owned commercial real estate management and leasing company was formed in 2005.  Recovering from a fire which was a total loss for us in June of 2004, we chose to preserve the historic value of this beautiful old building by keeping the exterior walls and turn of the century classic revival architecture.  The entire building was gutted and completely rebuilt from the slab up.  We are thrilled with the finished product.  Another family member, Sam Portis owner of Portis Building & Interiors helped us to rebuild and, well, the pictures speak for themselves.  We think the finished product is gorgeous and better than ever.  Located close to downtown Decatur, not far from Agnes Scott College and standing as a flagship for the community of Oakhurst, our quaint shopping complex originally built in 1923 has always been a fixture in the neighborhood sitting across from the The Thankful Baptist Church at the intersection of West College Avenue and Feld Avenue.
Shrader Properties LLC has a high regard for a sense of community and our neighborhood shops are an indication of that.  We have tried to bring businesses together that compliment each other and help each other succeed.
