of Decatur, Georgia. Originally built in 1923, Portis Plaza, aka The Shops on West
College Building has undergone a subtle yet dramatic change. After being in our family
for many years a tragic fire stopped this small business in it's tracks. After the devastation, however, we decided that
this beautiful building was not ready to be written off just yet. After months of planning, design, and waiting, our building
